The Linares Project
The Linares project took place in a gorgeous 5,000 sqft. stone home built in 1904, just outside of Philadelphia. The outdated oak floors were in drastic need of replacement, and the squeaky, unleveled floors left you feeling seasick.
Shak Customs LLC completed a full floor demolition, leveling of the existing joists, and installation of new plywood sub-flooring. We also conducted the demolition of several walls and an existing bathroom to make room for a custom laundry room and master bathroom/closet suite. This project was also sub-contracted to PR Painting, Mainline Tileworks, and Chiarolanza Mechanical LLC.
The Manula's Basement Remodel
The Manula's sizable, unfinished basement was the perfect canvas for a Shak Customs LLC vision. The Manulas now enjoy entertaining family and friends in their beautiful, finished wine cellar basement. The custom wine racks offer ample space to store 400+ bottles of their favorite wines. Don't forget to challenge someone to a game of shuffleboard on the custom built 12' shuffle board table!
The Basement at Fox Hill
The Basement at Fox Hill was a large 3,000 sq ft unfinished basement project. Shak Customs completed the metal stud framing on this project as well as several aspects of the finished design, including drywalling and painting a custom workout room, revitalizing an old bar station, building a custom oak barn door, and fabricating bar shelving.
